What people always ask us
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It’s a web page: it opens with one tap from WhatsApp, Instagram or a QR code, with nothing to download. It’s built for mid-range phones and has a still version for anyone who prefers less motion.
Does it expire?
Paid gifts never expire: they stay online for as long as Inolvidia exists, guaranteed for at least 3 years. Only the free version of The Question lasts 30 days.
Who else can see it?
Only people with the link. It’s a secret 12-character address, it never shows up on Google, and the WhatsApp preview only shows their name and the closed gift (the star, the counter, the envelope…), never your photos or what you wrote.
Can I schedule when it opens?
Yes, from Surprise up. Until then they’ll only see their gift, closed, with a countdown, and it opens by itself at the time you choose, like midnight on your anniversary.
How do I pay, and how long does activation take?
In Peru, with Yape, Plin or bank transfer using the order code we give you. From anywhere else, prices are in US dollars and we’ll help you pay on WhatsApp. We activate it within 30 minutes, 8 am to 11 pm Lima time.
What music can I add?
Search for their song and choose the second it starts. It plays Deezer’s official 30-second preview, which loops on its own.
Can I edit it after sending it?
You can change everything until they open it for the first time. After that, only what’s still sealed, like monthly letters or dated envelopes.
What if we break up?
Your private dashboard has “Delete everything”: it removes the gift, the photos and your voice instantly and for good. We never use your photos or words in ads.
Is it for minors?
Whoever creates and pays for a gift must be 18 or older, or an adult must pay for it. Nudity, harassment and photos of other people without their consent aren’t allowed, and every gift has a “Report” button.
How do I know they opened it?
